The Captain’s Table
During the morning and afternoon cruises the Captain’s Table will serve a sumptuous three course buffet fit for any King or Queen. Choose from two soups served with croutons and fresh lemon, meat, fish, and vegetarian options from the full hot buffet served with a selection of seasonal salads, followed by fresh fruit and oriental desserts. Nautilus’s Head Chef has lovingly created the menu using the freshest, finest ingredients ensuring that you have a variety of delicious dishes.
During the evening cruises the Head Chef and his team prepares from the large modern stainless steel galley a delicious open buffet carvery. Enjoy fine dining food with exceptional service whilst gently floating on the Red Sea. The open buffet carvery offers a selection of fine food, desserts and coffee. The waiting staff will provide table service, and will offer a range of local wines.
The Captain’s Table restaurant has seating capacity for 128 Adults, is fully equipped for conference setups, special occasion events with three flat screen T.Vs, DVD player and sound system.
